We accept checks and credit cards. Checks: Make payable to Forever Bright Dental Lab and send to 669 Carlton Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534. Credit cards: Pay online at https://www.foreverbrightdental.com/payments Credit Policy: Monthly open accounts are available. Invoices are sent with each case, and statements are mailed monthly. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. A 1.5% service charge applies to unpaid balances. Accounts over 60 days past due will be converted to C.O.D. Analog Procedure: 1. Gather materials. May be messy and result in patient discomfort. 2. Create alginate mold. Any imperfections can cause a rejection. 3. Mail physical molds to lab. Shipping costs, time, and potential damage in the mail must be considered. 4. Wait for results. May take a few days for labs to receive, scan, and analyze. If found to be unacceptable, start again. 5. Receive feedback. Final adjustments can be made to the treatment plan. 6. Start treatment. Digital Procedure: 1. Scan patient. Capture digitized impressions in real-time. 2. Diagnose and educate. Treatment plans can be made chairside immediately after scanning. 3. Share scans and receive feedback. Immediate transfer via a digital portal. 4. Start treatment. Monitor each step through the digital portal.
